Inside The Cellar are exposed lava rock walls and wooden beams that lends well to the English Pub feel. A piece of history hangs framed on the wall as you enter The Cellar. Our classic Belgian-style ales are crafted to be accessible, refined and smooth. Consistency is critical and we never rush the process. We patiently enable the distinctive Belgian-style yeast to work their magic and don’t obscure their efforts with bold hop bitterness, or excessive adjunct spices, which detract from the old world character of the beer. We strive to be authentic to style, and focus on innovation in our interpretation and approach.

Our brewery was built for our passion of India Pale Ales and we pay homage by highlighting the characteristics of the hop in each beer we brew. With over 140 hop varieties in the world, we’re brewing up hop-centric beer to push the envelope of IPA standards. We are focused to create each of our beers with a different level of bitterness, hoppiness, and maltiness to satisfy the different tastes of our fellow craft beer drinkers

Cider, Spirits & Wine
AVID Cider Co. was founded as a result of the dissatisfaction with the lack of variety and excessively dry or cloyingly sweet ciders available in the market place in 2013. We saw the opportunity to create hard cider that better balances the elements of a flavor profile, and satiates our thirst for a cider that is “just right.” With our roots in Bend, Oregon, the heart of the PNW, we have the privilege of seeing our apples fresh pressed and fermenting within the same day; we are on a mission to bring out the best of the North West with our clean, natural and locally sourced cider. to edit.
